1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and www.hawkplay ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through the wwwhawkplay.app website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the www.hawkplay website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement.

Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the www.hawkplay platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

  • "Platform" refers to the www.hawkplay website, its mobile-optimized interface, and all associated digital services accessible via wwwhawkplay.app.
  • "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player to access the Services.
  • "Balance" refers to the real-money amount held in a Player's www.hawkplay wallet, derived from deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
  • "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
  • "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by regulatory obligation and anti-money laundering law.
  • "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
  • "Services" includes all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and any other wagering products offered through www.hawkplay.
  • "Restricted Jurisdictions" refers to countries and territories from which access to www.hawkplay is prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use www.hawkplay. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Minors are absolutely prohibited from accessing or using the Services in any capacity.

To register and maintain an account on www.hawkplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services;
  • You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
  • You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
  • You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of www.hawkplay, or an immediate family member of such a person;
  • You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by www.hawkplay or PAGCOR;
  • You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

www.hawkplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where reasonable grounds exist to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account and conduct a full investigation. Any winnings generated by a Player who is found to be underage will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned to the source payment method where possible.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on www.hawkplay. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and net winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. www.hawkplay relies on the accuracy of your submitted information to comply with its regulatory obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. www.hawkplay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify www.hawkplay immediately at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Before withdrawals are enabled, www.hawkplay requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, or the Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID). KYC may also be triggered at any time by regulatory obligation or internal risk assessment. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

5 Deposits & Payments

www.hawkplay accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment channels available to Philippine players:

  • GCash — e-wallet deposits processed in real time
  • PayMaya — e-wallet deposits processed in real time
  • BDO — bank transfer via BDO Online Banking
  • BPI — bank transfer via BPI Online Banking
  • Metrobank — bank transfer via Metrobank Online Banking

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your www.hawkplay wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. www.hawkplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

www.hawkplay does not accept cash deposits or wire transfers. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). www.hawkplay reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that appear to be associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
  • Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit (or as designated in your account settings);
  • Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval;
  • Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day during operating hours;
  • www.hawkplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

www.hawkplay does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions to GCash and major Philippine banks. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution or e-wallet provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

www.hawkplay offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, and VIP rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified for each promotion;
  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met;
  • Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting technical errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings;
  • www.hawkplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice;
  • A Player may only claim a new Player welcome bonus once. Accounts found to have claimed welcome bonuses multiple times across duplicate registrations will be permanently suspended;
  • Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

www.hawkplay's decision on any bonus-related dispute is final and binding, subject to appeal through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 17 of this Agreement.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered through www.hawkplay — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating.

All random-outcome games on www.hawkplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and streamed in real time from certified studio environments. www.hawkplay does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence live dealer game results.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the www.hawkplay server, the server result shall be considered definitive. Technical malfunctions during a game round may result in the affected bet being voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet.

www.hawkplay reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a documented technical error, data feed failure, or manifest human error by a dealer or game host.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with www.hawkplay:

  • Opening or operating more than one registered account;
  • Providing false or misleading identification or financial information;
  • Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account;
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human activity;
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, or money laundering through the Platform;
  • Attempting to manipulate live dealer game outcomes through any means;
  • Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under Philippine law;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing www.hawkplay staff or other Players;
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.

Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen pending investigation, and their case referred to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

www.hawkplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account at its sole discretion if:

  • The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
  • The Player has provided false or unverifiable identity information;
  • The Player's account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity;
  • The Player is under 21 years of age;
  • Regulatory or law enforcement obligations require us to do so;
  • The Player has been placed on a self-exclusion list.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, www.hawkplay reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation and dispute resolution.

11 Responsible Gaming

www.hawkplay is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. If gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings or contact our support team immediately.

www.hawkplay provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible from the account settings panel:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your www.hawkplay wallet;
  • Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play;
  • Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined time period;
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to www.hawkplay without requiring a stated reason. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately;

www.hawkplay cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming program and enforces exclusion lists maintained by the regulatory authority. 12 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on www.hawkplay — including but not limited to the "www.hawkplay" brand name, logo, and all game content delivered through the Platform — are the intellectual property of www.hawkplay or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit Players to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
  • Create derivative works based on any Platform material;
  • Use the www.hawkplay brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent;
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Unauthorized use of www.hawkplay intellectual property may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to www.hawkplay may be used by the Platform without compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.hawkplay shall not be liable to any Player for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services;
  • Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
  • Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity failures beyond www.hawkplay's reasonable control;
  • Acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank;
  • Unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
  • Losses arising from the Player's breach of this Agreement.

www.hawkplay's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's total deposits in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits www.hawkplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

www.hawkplay processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and is available at wwwhawkplay.app/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

www.hawkplay is committed to compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used solely for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering screening, and the delivery of services. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements. Data retention requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

www.hawkplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the updated version of this document, which will be posted on the www.hawkplay website. Where changes are material, www.hawkplay will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date.

Continued use of the Services after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using www.hawkplay before the amendment takes effect and close your account by contacting our support team.

We encourage Players to review this document periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Archived versions of prior Terms and Conditions are available upon written request to [email protected].

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and www.hawkplay, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Players should submit a formal complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the issue. www.hawkplay will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process, which provides an independent channel for player complaints against licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement that are not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
